The most requested node in our range: a 500 kW prime-power genset for industrial sites, oilfields and distributed energy projects. Configured to your gas analysis, altitude and grid code before it is built.
The AP-500NG converts pipeline natural gas or associated petroleum gas into continuous prime power. It is equally at home running base load at a remote industrial site, peak-shaving a factory grid connection, or forming the building block of a multi-megawatt paralleling plant. Engine platforms are selected per project from globally supported manufacturers — including CCEC-authorized Cummins G-drive assembly on this node — so spare parts and service are available worldwide.

The unit is configured to your gas analysis. For natural gas service, standard pipeline quality is suitable. For biogas or associated gas, methane content, pressure and H2S levels determine the gas treatment package. Send us your gas analysis for exact configuration.
Typical production lead time is 30–60 days depending on configuration, plus shipping. Unlike heavy gas turbines (currently booked out for years), reciprocating gas gensets remain available with short lead times. Contact us for a current commitment date.
Yes. The platform supports paralleling up to 32 units, enabling modular plants from 0.5 MW to 64 MW with stepwise load following.
