Our production is carried out by an authorized manufacturing partner in China whose operations are certified to:

• ISO 45001 — Occupational Health & Safety Management System
• CCEC authorization for Cummins engine assembly (G-drive platforms) — an engine OEM qualification with ongoing validity verification

Certificate copies and current validity status are provided with every quotation. Where your market requires additional conformity (e.g. local grid codes or emission filings), we scope the requirements honestly before you order — including telling you when a certificate is not available, so there are no surprises at customs or commissioning.

Factory acceptance test — every unit, before shipment

• Full-load test at rated power and 110% overload, recorded in the FAT report
• Gas consumption and heat balance measured against the guarantee values in our offer
• Video documentation of the test run — you see your unit running before it ships
• Pre-shipment photos: nameplate, engine and alternator data, control panel, packing

Documentation package

• English technical file: datasheets, wiring diagrams, O&M manuals
• Performance guarantee sheet signed with the offer
• Commissioning kit: first-service consumables and common wear parts
• Remote diagnostic support with English interface
